科室简介
留学生教育管理办公室成立于2009年9月。办公室在济宁医学院附属医院领导下负责济宁医学院临床专业留学生理论课及其教学计划和教学大纲的制定，并具体组织实施。每年要完成480余学时的课程教学安排及落实工作。负责附院所承担临床留学生理论课授课教师的初步审核，组织附院范围内的留学生教学活动，组织实施临床教学、见习，检查落实教学计划的执行情况。定期征求教师、留学生对临床理论课教学的意见和建议，研究解决办法。协助医学院教务处和外事管理办公室组织留学生对临床授课教师课堂教学质量的评议工作，负责组织留学生教研室编制授课教学计划及落实任课教师的安排工作，组织临床课的有关课程考试工作，组织听课、观摩教学、处理教学中的问题，负责收集整理各种留学生教学资料、文件，及时整理归档，健全留学生教学档案。
我院于2009年5月成为天津医科大学临床教学基地，并先后接纳天津医科大学外籍留学生约70余人来院实习。留学生管理办公室负责留学生公寓各项设施的准备、管理和维修等工作，负责组织留学生师资的英语强化培训，组织实施留学生临床实习教学，负责督促和检查留学生实习教学计划的落实情况，定期征求教师、留学生对临床实习教学的意见和建议，研究解决办法。在留学生实习教学中实行“一对一”捆绑式带教为主的全方位教学模式，带教效果良好，并得到天津医科大学认可。负责建立和完善留学生教学管理办公室各项规章制度。负责完成各种检查申请单和报告单的翻译、校对和审核工作，使双语对照检查单和报告单进入临床各科室使用。

INTRODUCTION OF THE INTERNATIONAL STUDENT EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION OFFICE
International Student Educational Administration Office was established in Sept. 2009. Under the leadership of Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical College, we work at organization and implementation of international students’ theory courses and establishment of teaching schedules and syllabus. Every year more than 480 hours of classes are arranged and implemented for international students. We are also in charge of the preliminary and survey of the lectures and organization and performing the teaching activities and clinical practicing and internship for international students within our hospital. And we inspect the implementation of teaching schedules regularly and give advices and suggestions to the clinical teaching classes and solve the possible problems accordingly. We assist to do the clinical teaching quality assessment work with Teaching Affairs Office and Foreign Affairs Office of Jining Medical College.We organize international students teaching and research section to form teaching plans and perform the teacher’s arrangements. We organize the examination of clinical courses, and organize teachers to attend lectures and have teaching observations to improve the teaching quality, and deal with teaching issues. We collect all kinds of teaching materials and documents of international students and arrange the archives in time and perfect the teaching files of the international students.
Our hospital became one of clinical teaching hospitals of Tianjin Medical University in May 2009. We have accepted about 70 international students to finish their internship from then on. The International Student Educational Administration Office takes charge of the preparation of international students’ apartment facilities, management and maintenance. We organize intensive training for English tutors and arrange clinical internship schedule for international students. We are in charge of the inspecting and supervising the implementation of international student’s intership schedule. We get opinions and suggestions from teachers and international students about clinical practice teaching regularly. And we try to find solutions for them. We try to perform the"one to one" teaching model in clinical practice teaching and we’ve obtained good effect and we get approval of Tianjin Medical University. We establish and improve the rules and regulations of International Student Educational Administration Office. We are responsible for translating and proofreading all kinds of application form and report form for the clinical Dept. We put bilingual (Chinese-English) application form and report form to use successfully in the clinical Dept.
